  • Shipping time is based on a number of factors

    First it depends when you place your order. There're two status: one in off season, production time of stock unavailable items could be varied from 1~2weeks; another in peak season, production time of stock unavailable items is about 2~3weeks..

    Second it determines when you receive your order is the shipping method you choose.

  • About shipping ways

    we'd choose the best delivery methods for you. Small & light parcels are idear by publicly recognized couriers (like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS etc.), post, air shipping or any other ways you'd prefer to choose; While for large quanities of cargos i.e. volum above 1cbm, it's better to use ocean shipping, which is the most economic but needs a little long time to arrive.   • Returns & Replacements

    Exchanges You may return an item(s) AND exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or color, or of the same dollar value. While you pay shipping costs to return item(s) to us, we are happy to send your exchange merchandise but shipping charge to you. There is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. Please make your return as outlined below.

    • Returns If you need to return something for any reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. For defective items, or items shipped incorrectly, simply call us and we will make arrangements for return shipping. Please allow 14-21 business days upon receipt for processing your return.
    • Items that may not be returned: All undergarments, tights, make-up, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc.), discontinued, and clearance items may not be returned.
    • Product Condition: All items must be unworn and in their original resealable packaging with tags attached. Laundered items cannot be returned.
